Finary is building an accessible, modern Private Bank. We are entering a new growth phase and seeking a Head of Product to elevate our product organization. This is a leadership role with significant impact.

You will report directly to Mounir , CEO, overseeing delivery, execution, and team management. You will lead Product Managers and Designers to develop world-class products, aligning the team around our vision and operationalizing it.

Your mission: deliver results, elevate standards, and inspire a team to create top-tier financial experiences. Ensure velocity, collaboration, and quality while fostering a strong product culture.

• Held roles like Head of Product, Product Director, or VP Product at a consumer tech or B2C fintech company;

• Are a world-class product leader with proven management success-mentoring teams of Product Managers and Designers;

• Are deeply analytical, with strong business insight and a good eye for design;

• Experienced in shipping and scaling consumer products with revenue impact;

• Possess strong product fundamentals-balancing data, intuition, and user insights;

• Are a great operator: building systems, structuring teams, and improving delivery;

• Motivated to build a legacy helping millions achieve financial independence;

• Thrive with autonomy, proactively taking ownership and raising standards;

• Ready to be the right hand of the CEO on execution and leadership.

• Have experience in regulated industries or fintech;

• Have built AI-powered features into products;

• Are passionate about empowering users to invest;

• Have a STEM or Business background;

• Worked at leading product-first companies like Revolut, Trade Republic, Wise, or Robinhood;

• Scaled product teams from early to growth stages, knowing what excellence looks like.
