Document Integrity Consultant

dnata Travel Group, part of the Emirates Group, includes the brands of Gold Medal, Netflights, Travelbag and Travel Republic.

We're now recruiting for a Document Integrity Consultant to join us in Leyland. In this role you'll be responsible for issuing all travel documents, ensuring they are of a high quality and include all the information needed by our customers.

Hours: 37.5 hours per week, 5 days over 7, between 9am and 9pm

Job Accountabilities

• Issue all booking documents and collate all supplier documents
• Escalate issues and incorrect information to the Document Integrity Coordinator and work with them to identify the root cause, fix the issue and prevent reoccurrence
• Ensure documents are sent out to customers within SLAs
• Reconfirm all travel arrangements for our high-profile accounts
• Support the Document Integrity Coordinator to raise concerns regarding supplier documents to the wider business and improve ways of working
• Work as part of a team, maintaining strong relationships and supporting new colleagues with their training
• Demonstrate dnata Travel Group's values
