Head of NPI & Industrialisation (Global Supply Chain)

Rolls-Royce plc in the UK is seeking a Head of New Part Introduction (NPI) to lead end-to-end NPI across a global supply chain. The role focuses on industrialisation, governance, and timely delivery to cost, quality, and performance targets.

The incumbent will manage up to nine direct reports, drive NPI frameworks (APQP/PPAP), and ensure alignment with customer programmes and long-term business strategy. Hybrid work from Derby, Manchester or Warrington is available.
