About Us

Valutrades is a UK-based, FCA-regulated online broker offering forex, commodities, and CFD trading to clients globally. As we expand our institutional services, we're looking for a skilled and driven Head of Institutional Sales to lead growth and manage high-value relationships with professional clients.

Role Overview

We are seeking a senior sales professional with a proven trading background to drive our institutional sales efforts. This fully remote role will focus on acquiring and managing relationships with hedge funds, proprietary trading firms, and experienced traders. Your trading knowledge will be key to understanding and meeting the needs of professional clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and lead the global institutional sales strategy
  • Identify, approach, and onboard institutional clients and partners
  • Use your trading experience to consult and support professional clients
  • Promote Valutrades' trading platforms and solutions (MT4, MT5, FIX API)
  • Collaborate with operations, compliance, and tech teams to ensure client satisfaction
  • Track performance metrics and report to senior leadership

Requirements

  • 4+ years of institutional sales experience in FX, CFDs, or financial markets
  • Must have a personal or professional trading history (please include in your application)
  • Strong understanding of trading platforms and execution models
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to work independently and deliver results in a remote role
  • Familiarity with international markets (especially Europe, MENA, or APAC) is a plus

Base salary: £110,000 per year
