Our Client based in Edinburgh is seeking a talented Commercial Administrator to join their team. This is a hybrid position, on a 12 month fixed term contract basis initially with a competitive salary of £25.7K, this role is designed for individuals who thrive in fast-paced environments and are looking to make a significant impact.


As Commercial Administrator, you will be the linchpin of the support team, ensuring seamless operations and business success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supporting internal meetings, arranging dates, circulating agendas and papers when directed
  • Maintaining contract register and liaising with contract managers regarding upcoming renewals.
  • Managing the main enquiries inbox and answering all e-mails in a timely manner.
  • Preparing information to be included in reports and analysis

Skills and Experience Required:

- Proven experience in a similar role, demonstrating exceptional organisational and time-management skills.

- Strong proficiency in diary management

- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
