What will the Head of HR Business Partnering role involve?- Leading and shaping the HR business partnering function to deliver value-driven support to managers and leadership across the organisation
- Providing expert guidance on complex employee relations cases and ensuring consistent, compliant resolution of issues
- Collaborating with leaders on organisational change, workforce planning, and talent development strategies to support business growth
- Driving leadership development programmes and succession planning initiatives that prepare high-potential employees for future roles
- Supporting organisational improvements through data-driven insights, employee engagement activity, and cultural initiatives
- Possesses at least 10 years' HR experience, including senior HR business partnering in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrates strong knowledge of employment law and employee relations
- Has experience managing and developing HR teams, with a focus on organisational culture and change management
- Holds excellent communication skills, capable of building relationships at all levels
- Is CIPD qualified (or equivalent) with a track record of delivering strategic HR initiatives
- Salary will be dependent on experience
