Head of Child Care Department

An exciting opportunity for an experienced Child Care Solicitor/Legal Executive to head up our Child Care Department.

As the head of department, you would play a key role in leading and developing the Childcare Department.

Key Requirements:

• 5+ years PQE
• Capable of leading and supervising a growing team
• Can work confidently both independently and collaboratively.
• Competent and willing to undertake their own Advocacy
• An understanding of Legal Aid procedures.
• Accredited member of the Law Society Children Law Panel and willingness to act as Supervisor for the purposes of the Legal Aid Contract.
