Head of Change Management - Financial Services

Overview

A Global Investment Bank is hiring a Head of Change Management to join its growing EMEA Change function in London. This senior role supports enterprise-wide change initiatives, ensuring sustainable delivery, full benefits realisation and business readiness. With a strong focus on the human side of change, you'll help embed best practices across a complex, multi-country environment.

Responsibilities

Lead the design and execution of change strategies across EMEA
Build and manage a high-performing team of change agents
Partner with senior leaders to embed change into key programmes
Oversee change readiness, communications, training, and stakeholder engagement
Drive consistent application of change frameworks and tools
Measure outcomes and refine approaches to ensure lasting impact

Skillset & Requirements

Significant experience leading large-scale change in investment banking
Strong knowledge of structured change methodologies (e.g. ADKAR, Kotter, Prosci)
Proven leadership in both stakeholder engagement and team management
Ability to align cross-functional teams and drive adoption at pace
A passion for cultural change, continuous improvement and long-term transformation
