Overview
A Global Investment Bank is hiring a Head of Change Management to join its growing EMEA Change function in London. This senior role supports enterprise-wide change initiatives, ensuring sustainable delivery, full benefits realisation and business readiness. With a strong focus on the human side of change, you'll help embed best practices across a complex, multi-country environment.
Responsibilities- Lead the design and execution of change strategies across EMEA
- Build and manage a high-performing team of change agents
- Partner with senior leaders to embed change into key programmes
- Oversee change readiness, communications, training, and stakeholder engagement
- Drive consistent application of change frameworks and tools
- Measure outcomes and refine approaches to ensure lasting impact
- Significant experience leading large-scale change in investment banking
- Strong knowledge of structured change methodologies (e.g. ADKAR, Kotter, Prosci)
- Proven leadership in both stakeholder engagement and team management
- Ability to align cross-functional teams and drive adoption at pace
- A passion for cultural change, continuous improvement and long-term transformation
