Role Job Description

Spanning over 500 hectares of spectacular land on the North-east coast of Aberdeenshire, Trump International, Scotland is an international visitor destination and five-star golf resort.

The estate facilities include luxury hotel accommodation, two world renowned links golf courses, clubhouse, extensive driving range and practice facilities.

As Head Estate Gardener the main focus of your role will be maintaining the grounds around MacLeod House and the clubhouse as well as the wider estate, ensuring that the property is presented to the highest standard at all times.

Contract: Permanent, Full-time

Reports to: Head of Estate Grounds & Buildings

Key Duties & Responsibilities

• Manage the Day-to-day maintenance of the estate grounds, including lawns, planting, pruning and landscaping of gardens
• Oversee weed control of the estate grounds, including spraying at required intervals
• Maintain estate polytunnels and vegetable plot
• Operation of light powered equipment and strict adherence to safety procedures
• Such duties instructed by Head of Estate Grounds & Buildings in line with up-coming events

Qualifying Criteria

• Previous experience in a similar role specifically with gardening/landscaping experience
• Commitment to high quality standards and keen eye for detai
• Team player with an ability to multi-task
• Positive attitude with cheerful and courteous demeanour
• Good time management and time keeping
• Full, clean, driving license
