Key Responsibilities

• Lead the kitchen team and manage daily kitchen operations.
• Prepare and present high- quality meals while maintaining consistent standards.
• Delegate tasks, supervise food preparation, and organise kitchen shifts.
• Manage food ordering, stock checks, stock rotation, and kitchen costs within the agreed budget.
• Train and support kitchen team members while maintaining food hygiene, health, and safety standards.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of professional kitchen experience.
• Previous experience as a Head Chef or Sous Chef.
• Experience in budget and stock management.
• Strong kitchen and people management skills.
• Hotel kitchen experience is an advantage.
