Head Chef - TP2553

Overview

A popular and successful gastro pub and function venue is seeking a Head Chef. As Head Chef, you will lead a committed brigade of chefs to ensure punctual, quality service for this high-volume establishment serving fresh and homemade food. You will be responsible for staff training, ordering and associated paperwork, and for running all aspects of the kitchen including training junior staff.

Responsibilities

• Lead a brigade of chefs and ensure punctual, quality service for a high-volume establishment serving fresh, homemade food.
• Oversee all kitchen operations including training junior staff and performance development.
• Manage ordering and related paperwork to ensure cost controls and stock levels.

Requirements

An ambitious, level-headed, extremely organized head chef with a proven track record of working in a high-quality, high-volume fresh food establishment. Must be committed to working evenings.
