Senior Hair Stylist - Join Our Award-Winning Peterborough City Centre Hair & Beauty Salon Our large, busy stylish salon in Peterborough city centre is seeking a talented Stylist to join our team. You don't need to be an extensions specialist, that can come later. We're looking for a confident stylist who can independently run a column, deliver excellent consultations and has a passion for cutting and colouring.

The Stylist Role

Our Stylists are crucial to our continued success, and our reputation as one of the premier salons in the region, specialising in creative hairdressing and colouring. As a Stylist you have at least 2 years salon experience of running your own column , you create and deliver the expertise, experience and environment that our clients love, and which keeps them coming back to us.

You are at the cutting edge of the latest trends and are always looking to expand your knowledge and skills as a Stylist through our in-salon training. You're also keen to share that knowledge with the Junior Stylists and Apprentices who work with you.

Can you-

Provide a full consultation to exceed client expectations

Carry out Highlights, Balayage, full head colour & root bleach without compromising the hair quality

Recommend deep treatments, scalp treatments & in-colour bond building treatments

Create the latest cutting & colouring techniques

Encourage clients to take home the correct products to maintain their look in-between visits

Build & maintain a busy column of returning clients

Ensure a safe & hygienic working environment

A big buzz for me is making sure my clients look and feel fabulous with the latest trends & fashions. I love creating fantastic hair & I specialise in colour, Great Lengths Hair Extensions and cutting.
