What we're looking for:

• Confidence in cutting, colouring, and styling - especially if you love working with balayage, transformations, and trend led techniques.
• Good communicator - you know how to listen, consult, and build trust with your clients.
• Social media savvy - you love sharing your work and showing off what you do best.
• Team driven - you enjoy a supportive, ambitious team and you bring good energy to the salon floor.
• At least 1 year of on the floor experience
• Hold minimum level 3 NVQ qualification.
