Growth & Innovation Banking VP

Barclays is looking for a Commercial Manager (Vice President) to join their Innovation Banking Scale Team. This role supports Relationship Directors in delivering impactful commercial conversations with high-value, scaling clients in the UK. The individual will work closely with internal stakeholders and drive measurable outcomes, including new business acquisition and improving client retention.

The role requires deep engagement in the UK innovation ecosystem, advising high-growth businesses, and leveraging insights for strategic growth plans. The position is located in London and is a 12-month fixed-term contract.
