Our Technology Engineering Graduate Programme is designed to support you on your journey to a successful career in technology. You'll have opportunities to learn and develop a wide range of hands-on technical skills and to help deliver successful outcomes for our clients, using cutting-edge technology to solve real-world problems.

Over three years, you'll gain experience spanning the delivery lifecycle, from shaping a project to design and technical delivery. You'll start with immediate exposure to client requests, managing fixes, and handling incidents, building familiarity with core tools, languages, and frameworks such as .NET/Python, ReactJS, Terraform, and more.

Our best engineers come from diverse backgrounds, and you don't need to be a tech expert to apply. We welcome applications from all degree disciplines, as we believe that attitude is key to becoming a great engineer.

If you have a team-first mindset, are curious to learn from others, and willing to share your knowledge, we will equip you with the skills to succeed, including an 11-week Engineering Bootcamp before you join.

The teams you could work in

You'll be part of collaborative, agile teams working with talented engineers, product owners, UX designers, and business analysts.

Throughout the three-year programme, you'll have opportunities to work across various technical disciplines, developing a diverse skillset with options to specialise, including Software Engineering, Data, Cyber, Automation, Microsoft Business Services, and Cloud Engineering.

Another team you may join is the Tax Technology Software Engineering team, focusing on delivering platforms and tools for our Tax & Law clients. You'll be involved in SAFe/Scrum agile development, creating cloud-native web applications using the latest tools and test-driven development, including CI/CD pipelines.

We consider your strengths and achievements alongside metrics such as your technical background and/or experience. Typically, we expect:

• 2:2 undergraduate degree in any discipline.

Training and Development:
