What is Private Equity (PE)?

Private equity clients invest in companies aiming to increase their stake's value over time. They rely on our experts and content to make informed investment decisions, whether to proceed or pass on opportunities.

Associate, Private Equity Clients

As an Associate, you will work with top private equity professionals, providing access to relevant experts and content throughout their investment processes. You will develop commercial skills by delivering results for clients and experts, and grow professionally. Your work will be impactful, with direct feedback from clients, experts, and colleagues about your contributions.

The hats you will wear:

• Salesperson: Understand client needs, tailor our offerings, and use negotiation skills to create value. Pitch our products and convince experts to speak with clients.
• Business developer: Drive profitable revenue growth by executing account strategies and building relationships with new clients.
• Problem solver: Analyze industries quickly, identify relevant content and experts, supporting clients without providing investment advice.
• Learner: Continuously improve by applying new knowledge, proposing process improvements, and seeking feedback.

Thrive at Third Bridge!

First-year total compensation exceeds £48,000, including bonuses. After 2 years, opportunities include managing teams, P&L, or transitioning to other roles like Sales or Product. Benefits include:

• Salary: Base of £40,000, with bonuses after 1 month, and an increase of £3,000 on your 12-month anniversary. Year 1 OTE typically over £48,000.

• Vacation: 25 days plus UK Bank Holidays, increasing to 28 days after 2 years.
