What you'll be doing- Supporting pupils with communication, sensory and learning differences
- Helping with structured routines, visual timetables and engaging activities
- Working alongside experienced teachers, therapists and support staff
- Building confidence, connection and calm moments in the classroom
- Learning hands on strategies used in psychology, SEN and behaviour support
- Graduates in psychology, education, youth work, social sciences or similar
- Anyone who's worked with children or young people in any setting
- People who stay patient under pressure and bring warmth to the room
- Individuals looking for meaningful, purposeful work where every day is different
- You get real experience that strengthens applications for teacher training, educational psychology, youth work and therapy careers
