Are you academically ambitious and eager to help others achieve exceptional outcomes?

A highly successful secondary school is seeking a Graduate Academic Mentor to support high-achieving students and raise attainment across the school.

Working closely with students preparing for GCSEs, A Levels, and university applications, you will deliver targeted interventions, lead academic enrichment sessions, and provide personalised mentoring to ambitious young people.

This role is particularly suited to graduates who enjoy intellectual challenge and are considering careers in teaching, academia, educational leadership, or professional services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver one-to-one and small-group academic mentoring

• Support examination preparation

• Raise attainment across departments

• Assist with university and competitive application preparation

• Promote a culture of academic excellence
