Post specific related information

The Organisational Culture Development Coordinator will provide operational and project support to the National Organisational Culture Team within the HSE, contributing to the implementation of the HSE Enabling Framework for Organisational Culture. Working collaboratively with the HSE Regions and key internal and external stakeholders, the post-holder will support the coordination of culture development initiatives across the health service

The role will assist with the implementation of national culture priorities at regional and service level, supporting programme delivery, stakeholder engagement and the development of resources to promote a positive organisational culture

The post holder will contribute to the effective coordination of projects, monitor progress, and support the delivery of a consistent, values-based approach to Organisational Culture across the HSE
