Revenue Management is a key function which helps drive our ambitious client-led agenda across all segments to maximise profitability and growth. Working in close partnership with our stakeholders from across the business, Revenue Manager will help ensure that our clients are billed accurately, contribute to unlocking revenue opportunities and preventing revenue leakage while maintaining a robust control environment.
We are seeking a proactive and diligent person to join this team in the role of GPS Revenue Manager (12 Month Fixed Term Contract). You will provide Pricing and Billing expertise across multiple countries in Europe, driving process efficiency and regional consistency. In addition, you will focus on proactive pricing and billing support for our key customer relationships with complex billing structures. Working as part of the dynamic and diverse Revenue Management team, you will have an opportunity to collaborate with regional and in-country teams and engage in a wide range of projects supporting strategic initiatives.

Your responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):- Provide SME support for multiple European countries, with a particular focus on countries with bespoke or legacy billing and charging systems (e.g. HUB billing).
- Collaborate with in country and regional teams to drive revenue uplift, reduce leakage, and resolve billing issues.
- Contribute to design, implementation and operation of effective pricing and billing control framework.
- Contribute to the enhancement of existing processes and delivering global and regional consistency.
- 'MI Champion' to support understanding of available MI and respond to queries, provide input into relevant governance forums, as well as contribute to development and enhancements of MI tools.
- Drive customer focused initiatives to enhance client experience and satisfaction across pricing and billing cycle and drive fair value outcomes.
- Coordinate proactive customer billing reviews and optimization activities to deliver accuracy, consistency, and simplification.
- Ensure early identification and timely remediation of any mischarging issues to minimize any detrimental customer impact.
- Experience in client management, product management, sales management, business transformation or operations.
- Strong data analysis skills, particularly in the use of Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to share and present complex information in a clear, concise and accurate way.
- A Commercial mindset and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
- Experience of collaborating with and managing a variety of stakeholders.
- Excellent planning and organisational skills.
- Experience of development of reports; implementation of efficient processes; using MI & data to support decision making.
- Experience of contribution to implementing change which improves business effectiveness in sustainable ways.
This is a hybrid role based in Edinburgh.
