What You'll Do

As aGo Active Activity Instructor, you will:

• Lead fun, safe, and structured activitieslike archery, target paintball, water activites, and woodland adventures
• Deliver a high standard of customer service, ensuring guests feel welcome, supported, and safe
• Set up, maintain, and clean activity equipmentwhile following all health and safety procedures
• Promote participation, encouraging guests to try new things and get involved in the full activity timetable
• Support the smooth delivery of our activities programme, working collaboratively with the wider leisure team

Who We're Looking For

We're looking for a confident and outgoing team player with:

• Experience in delivering outdoor or indoor leisure activities
• Strong communication skillsand a natural ability to engage with people of all ages
• An understanding of health and safety practices
• Energy, enthusiasm, and a passion for helping others make lasting memories
• Avalid NPLQ certificate (beneficial but not essential)
