As aGo Active Activity Instructor, you will:
- Lead fun, safe, and structured activitieslike archery, target paintball, water activites, and woodland adventures
- Deliver a high standard of customer service, ensuring guests feel welcome, supported, and safe
- Set up, maintain, and clean activity equipmentwhile following all health and safety procedures
- Promote participation, encouraging guests to try new things and get involved in the full activity timetable
- Support the smooth delivery of our activities programme, working collaboratively with the wider leisure team
We're looking for a confident and outgoing team player with:
- Experience in delivering outdoor or indoor leisure activities
- Strong communication skillsand a natural ability to engage with people of all ages
- An understanding of health and safety practices
- Energy, enthusiasm, and a passion for helping others make lasting memories
- Avalid NPLQ certificate (beneficial but not essential)
