This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and ambitious individual to join EY's Global Trade team, focusing on global SAP advisory from a Customs and Trade perspective. The role is crucial in SAP implementation projects. The successful candidate will be involved in a fast-growing part of the UKI Tax practice, working with multinational clients alongside EY's Indirect Tax Transformation teams, Tax Technology, and Tech Consulting teams, and collaborating with our global EY network, including Tax and non-Tax SMEs.

Customs and Trade is a dynamic area with complex technical challenges. Our clients need support understanding these challenges in terms of technology, data, controls, processes, and governance strategies. As a Trade SAP professional at EY, you'll leverage your experience with SAP functionality, SAP tax and trade applications, and third-party solutions to help clients optimize their SAP systems for Customs and Trade requirements, whether during initial implementation or for system enhancement.

Core skills and attributes for success

• Business consulting experience is mandatory.
• Experience with SAP implementation, especially related to Trade and Customs (not limited to SAP GTS).
• Good understanding of SAP ECC/S4 HANA processes related to Sales, Procurement, and Logistics.
• Hands-on experience with SAP GTS is preferred; basic understanding is acceptable.
• Experience with SAP EWM and TMS is a plus.
• Ability to work consultatively with clients, translating business needs into SAP solutions.
• High-quality delivery with attention to detail.
• Experience leading project teams or workstreams, particularly internationally.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and teamwork skills.
• Ability to coach, collaborate, and demonstrate customer-centricity and service orientation.
