This is a brilliant opportunity to work as part of the MEH Alliance on the prestigious Hinkley Point C Nuclear project. The alliance work across the project to integrate and coordinate the delivery of all main Mechanical, Electrical, Heating, Ventilation and Air-Conditioning (MEH), cabling and associated support services. This innovative approach will help different contractors work as a single entity to deliver the complex installation of cabling and pipework in the power station's vast network of rooms.

The role
As a Compliance Management Administrator you'll have a role that's out of the ordinary. Being part of the MEH Alliance working on Hinkley Point C is a chance to be involved in a major project with national significance.

Day-to-day, you'll provide administrative support for the Learning and Development team, contributing to ensuring that all those working within the MEH JV are suitably skilled and qualified to undertake their roles.

You will be responsible for :

Maintaining training records and manage course completion evidence along with sending and receiving training updates
Production of monthly training reports, data collection and entry and supporting with the L&D mailbox
Send and receive relevant training updates to and from MEH JV partner
Working with on-boarding teams to support compliance and qualification requirements
Assisting with producing detailed and accurate joining instructions and reminders for training activity as well as establishing effective relationships with internal and external stakeholder

This role is full time, 37 hours per week, and provides hybrid working arrangements with days in the office/on site and 2 days working from home.

Essential experience of the Compliance Management Administrator:

Competent in using Microsoft packages such as Outlook, Excel and Word with an aptitude to work with other software
Excellent customer service and stakeholder management experience
Previous experience of working in a high volume, administration role

Security Clearance
