Overview The Global Leadership and Management Program Lead (Fixed Term Contract) is responsible for overseeing the development, implementation, and execution of leadership and management programs within the organization. This role plays a critical part in identifying and fostering high-potential leaders, ensuring they are equipped with the skills, knowledge, and experiences necessary to drive both personal and organizational success. The Program Leader will collaborate with leaders across the organization to design strategic initiatives aimed at enhancing leadership and management capabilities across all levels, focusing on key areas such as communication, decision-making, agility and team management. They will manage day-to-day program operations, ensuring alignment with company objectives and contributing to a culture of continuous learning and leadership development. Key Responsibilities Lead the design, implementation, and oversight of leadership and management development programs tailored to target audiences. Collaborate with senior leaders to assess organizational needs and determine leadership competencies required to achieve business objectives. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of leadership programs, adjusting content and delivery methods based on feedback and evolving business needs. Manage program budgets, timelines, and resources to ensure successful execution of initiatives. Partner with across the company to identify target audiences for program participation. Develop and maintain metrics to track program success, reporting outcomes to key stakeholders. Stay current on trends and best practices in leadership and management development, bringing innovative ideas to the organization. Foster a positive, inclusive, and engaging learning environment to support ongoing leadership and management development across the organization. Qualifications Education & Background: Bachelor's degree in HR, learning & development, business administration, or equivalent work experience Experience : Min. of 5-10+ years experience and a track record of success delivering performance management programs that positively impact organizational performance and culture Technical Capabilities: Highly developed analytical capability with advanced proficiency in Excel including pivot tables and common formulas; experience building data visualizations with PowerBI is a plus; experience with Workday Talent, Performance and Talent Optimization modules. Experimentation and growing proficiency in Gen AI tools and practices preferred. Presentation Skills: Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint with demonstrated ability to story tell in PPT and leveraging data to build a business case for change Relationship Building: Ability to effectively build relationships based on integrity, trust and transparency, and collaborate across a global, matrixed organization Project Management Skills: Strong organizational and project management skills with an ability to manage multiple priorities and transition between tasks effectively Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, and experience presenting to large, global audiences Analog Devices is an equal opportunity employer.
