Global Operations & Supply Chain Lead

Bijoux De Mimi seeks an Operations Manager to own the operational backbone of a fast-growing, internationally scaling business. You will forecast demand, manage inventory across UK/EU/US, and own production, logistics, and data integrity with minimal oversight.

You'll partner with the Founder to build scalable systems, shaping strategy and execution as the business continues its hypergrowth. Hybrid work with office days in London.
