Global Operations & Automation Lead (Fintech, AI)

Wayflyer is seeking a hands-on Automation & Ops professional to untangle recurring problems across Underwriting, Product and Sales. You will own end-to-end automations and cross-functional programs, collaborating with teams globally to deliver scalable improvements.

You'll use SQL and Python to build data-driven solutions, work with Jira, HubSpot, Pipedream and Tines, and help shape the team's roadmap. Hybrid Dublin office with inclusive culture and opportunities to grow.
