Job Description

The successful Global Marketing Manager will be responsible for:

  • Developing and implementing effective global marketing strategies.
  • Leading the development of the global product category strategy.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to manage and execute marketing initiatives.
  • Driving brand development, communications, media and brand positioning in international markets.
  • Managing marketing budgets and ensuring cost-effectiveness.
  • Building deep expertise through consumer, customer and competitor insights.

The Successful Applicant

A successful 'Global Marketing Manager' should have:

  • Proven experience in the FMCG sector would be desirable; in local, regional and/or global marketing roles with a strong track record of delivery.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
  • The ability to work across complex brand portfolios.
  • Excellent analytical skills and a strong understanding of market research techniques.
  • High collaboration skills
  • The ability to work with pace and pressure.
