Job Description
The successful Global Marketing Manager will be responsible for:
- Developing and implementing effective global marketing strategies.
- Leading the development of the global product category strategy.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to manage and execute marketing initiatives.
- Driving brand development, communications, media and brand positioning in international markets.
- Managing marketing budgets and ensuring cost-effectiveness.
- Building deep expertise through consumer, customer and competitor insights.
The Successful Applicant
A successful 'Global Marketing Manager' should have:
- Proven experience in the FMCG sector would be desirable; in local, regional and/or global marketing roles with a strong track record of delivery.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
- The ability to work across complex brand portfolios.
- Excellent analytical skills and a strong understanding of market research techniques.
- High collaboration skills
- The ability to work with pace and pressure.
