Global Market Access Program Leader

Rockwell Automation seeks a Global Program Manager - Market Access to lead enterprise-wide initiatives that improve customer access and accelerate growth. You will coordinate Sales, Marketing, Pricing, and Product Management across Europe, delivering programs with clear charters, budgets, and KPIs.

You will report to the Global Director and operate in a hybrid model from Rockwell offices in Europe, shaping change management and executive communications with influence across regions.
