Global IT Service Catalogue Architect & Self-Service Champion

Boston Consulting Group seeks a Global IT Service Catalogue Process Owner within to design, govern, and improve the IT Service Catalogue. You will set standards for catalog structure, pricing, and requests, and ensure catalogue accuracy across towers and regions.

You will drive a self-service strategy, define KPIs/OKRs for catalogue health, and coach a network of owners and practitioners to maintain consistency and adoption.
