Global Indirect Tax Compliance Senior Manager

OpenAI is hiring a Senior Manager, International Indirect Tax Compliance in Dublin. The role leads end-to-end international indirect tax compliance, overseeing VAT, GST, DST and other regimes while driving scalable processes, automation, and strong controls.

You will partner with Finance and external providers to ensure audit-ready documentation and timely filings. The position is based in Dublin with a hybrid work model (3 days in the office per week) and relocation assistance for new hires.
