Global HR Projects Lead

Cohere is hiring a People Project Manager to join the HR PMO and drive a portfolio of HR programs, products, and initiatives at global scale. This is a fast-paced, hypergrowth environment where you will bring order to chaos, build workflows, and ship critical initiatives across distributed teams.

You'll manage programs from idea to delivery, coordinating with HR, Finance, Legal, IT, and other functions worldwide. The role is remote, with an emphasis on delivering impact globally.
