Global Benefits and Compensation Specialist

Location: Kingston Upon Thames

Contract: 3 days in Office - 12-month Fixed Term

Salary: £70,000 - £90,000 depending on experience

About the role:

Our client is seeking a Benefits Specialist with some exposure to Compensation. You will be responsible for delivering a first-in-class Employee Benefits programme. Stakeholder management is key, requiring experience working with global brokers and understanding different ways of working. You will be the subject matter expert in managing and defining a fair, equitable, and competitive total rewards and benefits package. Your role will also involve communicating employee benefits effectively to ensure engagement and understanding.

Day-to-day responsibilities:

1. End-to-end management of country and regional benefit contract renewals.
2. Building relationships with vendors/brokers to obtain contract usage data.
3. Ensuring compliance with country regulations.
4. Preparing and presenting reports on benefits usage, costs, and employee feedback to HR leadership.
5. Managing benefit policies.
6. Stakeholder management with renewal approvers and in-region leadership groups.
7. Partnering with the wider business and HR community to communicate key reward principles.
8. Maintaining awareness of market trends, competitor activities, products, and services.
9. Employee communication and engagement, including launching campaigns to increase awareness and usage of benefits like wellness programs or retirement planning tools.
