About the Role

Join Salesforce as an Account Executive focusing on the German, Austrian, or Swiss SMB market. Based in our Dublin hub, you lead the agentic era of technology, helping German, Austrian, or Swiss businesses transform through AI, Data, and CRM.

  • Location: Hybrid role based in Dublin, Ireland (relocation assistance included).
Overview of the Role - Your Mission

Own the end to end sales cycle, selling the Salesforce Customer 360 platform and Agentforce to SMB clients. Balance prospecting with strategic expansion within existing accounts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Full Cycle Sales: Lead a dedicated customer set in the German, Austrian, or Swiss market, managing complex sales from lead generation to closing.
  • Strategic Growth: Drive performance against key metrics focusing on new business acquisition and expansion.
  • Solution Selling: Use a consultative approach to identify challenges and align Salesforce AI and Data solutions to customer goals.
  • Relationship Building: Develop trusted relationships with C level decision makers through digital engagement and face to face meetings.
  • Cross Functional Collaboration: Partner with Business Development, Pre sales, and Marketing to optimize your market funnel.
Required Qualifications
  • Demonstrated success of quota carrying, technology solution based direct sales experience.
  • Territory & account planning - create plans to achieve sales objectives and identify prospects.
  • Research and Discovery: Uncover a prospect's current processes, challenges, and goals.
  • Solutioning: Identify compelling value propositions based on customer needs and technology solutions.
  • Customer Communication: Interact with customers clearly, concisely, and timely via writing, speech, and presentation.
  • Resource Application: Utilize available resources and tools to run toward results.
  • Team Selling: Align with the full capacities of the account team and partners to support deals and customer success.
  • Fluency in German and English.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Sales methodology education (MEDDIC, Challenger, or Value Selling).
  • Ability to develop cases and service requirements, craft and lead strategic alliances.
  • Thriving in a fast paced environment.
  • Track record of consistently achieving or surpassing quota.
  • Experience evaluated based on alignment to core competencies for the role.
