Fund and Depositary Operations Analyst

What You Need to Know

We're recruiting for a Depositary Operations Analyst to join a well-established organisation in Limerick. The role will be offered on a 12-month contract basis and the potential for contract extension down the line. Hybrid working model with core working hours of Monday to Friday, 09:00-17:15.

Your New Job

As a Depositary Operations Analyst, you'll work closely with a team, under direct supervision, handling a range of tasks related to fund operations. The environment promotes accuracy and teamwork, supporting new systems and projects as the team rolls out a new global platform.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Deliver depositary operations services for straightforward funds
• Assist with fund board and monthly report preparation
• Carry out tests as part of on-site inspection processes
• Review fund NAV and monitor investment restrictions, including updating breach registers
• Problem-solve within established guidelines, escalating complex issues as needed
• Support the team with the rollout of new systems and potential UAT/stress testing tasks
• Develop technical knowledge of fund regulations and operational processes

What Are We Looking For?

• College or university degree and/or relevant work experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
• Solid analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience with Excel (including pivot tables), SharePoint, and reporting tools
• Good communication skills, both verbal and written
• Progress toward industry qualifications (e.g., ACCA, Certificate/Diploma in Mutual Funds) is an advantage
