Tax Manager

ID Recruitment are working with Irelands fastest growing Financial services firm to recruit aTax Manager for their growing office in Galway.

This role will be responsible for managing a large portfolioof international and domestic tax clients and as a growing firm it will offer careerprogression opportunities within a supportive and experienced Tax team.

The role will also have a lot of flexibility with Hybridworking arrangements and offers a competitive remuneration package.

Key responsibilities include;

As a manager in the Tax Team, you will be actively involved with clients and solvingcomplex business issues. This flexible hybrid role will include responsibilitiessuch as:

• Advice in relation totax planning and restructuring for a broad portfolio of international and large Irish domestic clients on a broad range of issues.
• Manager a portfolio ofclients with reporting to Partners.
• Actively engage indeveloping new business relationships and opportunities with new and existingclients.
• Lead in the developmentof solutions to complex technical challenges;
• Train, support andmentor team member as well as assist with the growth of the widerbusiness.

Requirements Skills, attributes and experience required;

• 5+ years taxationexperience;
• Be experienced atmanaging direct reports, projects and deadlines;
• Previous client facingand development experience,
• Be an enthusiasticself-starter who likes to work in a team environment;
• Strong technicalknowledge and skills,
• Demonstrate strongcommunication, interpersonal and presentation skills.
