As the first engineering hire, you will lead the evolution of an AI agent prototype into a production-ready platform. You will translate product vision into technical architecture, managing the transition from custom agent infrastructure to a robust enterprise-grade product. This is a high-agency role for a technical leader looking to shape a foundational engineering culture.

What you will do

• Transition a TypeScript/Node.js prototype into a scalable, production-ready enterprise product
• Lead and manage the technical build out, making critical decisions on architecture and custom agent infrastructure
• Collaborate directly with founders to translate high level product strategy into optimal technical implementation

The ideal candidate

• Expert proficiency in full stack development using TypeScript, React, and Node.js
• Proven experience building or managing complex custom backend systems and AI related infrastructure
• High agency operator with the judgement required to lead a platform build in a high growth environment
