Front-of-House & Visitor Experience Specialist

Railpen is seeking a Corporate Receptionist in London to join the Front of House team on a permanent, on-site basis (40 hours per week). You will greet visitors, manage access and sign-in, support site security, and handle a range of administrative tasks to enable smooth daily operations.

The ideal candidate will be professional, customer-focused and able to multitask under pressure, with experience in reception, concierge or security roles and strong communication skills.
