Job Description
Position Details 
Qualified Nursery Practitioner (Level 3 or above)
Location: Woodlands Day Nursery, Milton Keynes, MK14 7QE
Contract: Permanent
Hours: 37.5-40 hours per week, 52 weeks per year
Working pattern: Varied shifts Monday-Friday between 07:30-18:30
Salary: £27,289.60-£30,929.60 per annum (pro-rata); £13.12-£14.87 per hour

Qualifications:
- DfE approved early years qualification at level 3 or above
- Right to work in the UK; visa sponsorship not available
- Required to reside within a commutable distance of the nursery

Key responsibilities:
- Plan and implement high-quality, engaging activities that promote learning through play, as a Key Person
- Observe, assess and record children's progress in line with EYFS
- Advocate for safeguarding, ensuring every child feels safe, valued, and happy, and promoting their well-being
- Collaborate effectively with children, parents and colleagues, building strong, positive relationships
