Responsibilities

French speaking Finance Lead
Location: Remote UK
Salary: £120,000 per annum
Ref: 732FR

Main duties:
This position will be responsible for managing the accounting functions including a small finance team
Report to the US-based Director of Operational Finance.

The role:
- Lead the France finance team in monthly accounting close, reporting, and forecasting
- Oversee monthly forecasting for sales, income statement, and cash flow
- Manage all statutory accounting processes (journal entries, reconciliations, month/year-end close, trial balance, tax returns)
- Lead monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial closings and analysis (trial balance review, flux analysis, payroll coordination)
- Ensure Sarbanes-Oxley financial certifications
- Review journal entries, reconciliations, and month-end close process
- Guide external and internal audit requirements

Candidate's Profile

- Fluent in English and French (written and spoken)
- Strong knowledge of IFRS and statutory accounts
- Experience in multi-national, multi-currency organizations
- Strong analytical and interpersonal skills
- High-achieving individual with a strong financial planning and analysis (FP&A)
skillset and a solid accounting background
