We're Hiring: Freelance Site Manager
Location: Ashton-under-Lyne, Manchester

Project Types: Refurb, Fitout, M+E
Values: TBC
FREELANCE: £275 - £300 a day
Duration: Short term, long term, ongoing

What you will do as a Freelance Site Manager

• Oversee project from start to finish
• Report directly to the Project Manager
• Monitor site progress and ensure compliance with health & safety standards
• Coordinate with design teams, consultants, and client representatives
• Support commissioning and final handovers

Duties of a Freelance Site Manager include but are not limited to:

• Chair and manage daily meetings (Client and internal)
• Manage day to day of the job overseeing an Education Scheme Refurb/Fitout - with M&E
• Ensure project runs smoothly on day to day basis
• Ensure H&S is adhered to & updated accordingly
• Record on-site progress and lookaheads
• Work closely with the contracts manager

Required Qualifications/Experience as a Freelance Site Manager

• Experience as a Site Manager (refurb/fitout expeience preferred)
• CSCS, SMSTS, First Aid
• Minimum of 4+ years experience in a Site Managers position
• UK driving license and access to own vehicle
