We are supporting a leading organisation in the fashion/apparel sector on a freelance SAP Retail Solution Architect requirement, playing a key role in a large-scale S/4HANA transformation programme.

This role will focus on end-to-end solution design across supply chain and master data, ensuring scalable, best-practice architecture aligned to retail processes.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead solution architecture across SAP Supply Chain and Master Data (MDG/MDM)
• Define and govern S/4HANA solution design and architecture standards
• Engage with senior stakeholders across merchandising, logistics, planning, and IT
• Drive data governance frameworks and master data strategy
• Ensure integration across MM, SD, and upstream/downstream systems

Key requirements:

• Extensive experience as an SAP Solution Architect within retail/fashion
• Strong knowledge of SAP Supply Chain (MM/SD) + MDG/MDM
• Proven track record delivering S/4HANA transformation programmes
• Strong understanding of retail processes (assortment, ality, inventory, supply chain flows)
• Ability to operate at both strategic and hands-on levels
• Fluent German and English
