Freelance Project Manager

Freelance Project Manager (Events), West London / Hybrid - £300-£450 per day

We're looking for an experienced Freelance Project Manager to support an independent experiential and events agency across a range of exciting upcoming live events, activations and brand experiences.

This is a hands-on freelance role for someone who can hit the ground running, take ownership of projects and confidently manage multiple moving parts from initial brief through to live delivery.

Working closely with clients, internal teams, production partners and suppliers, you'll be responsible for keeping projects firmly on track across timelines, budgets, logistics and delivery.

Responsibilities of this Freelance Project Manager:

• Manage live events, experiential activations and brand experiences from brief through to delivery

• Develop and manage project plans, timelines and critical paths

• Coordinate venues, suppliers, production partners and freelancers

• Manage project budgets, costs and reconciliation

• Work closely with clients and internal creative, production and account teams

• Manage multiple projects and workstreams simultaneously

• Anticipate potential issues and find practical solutions

• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and to a high standard

• Support and lead onsite event delivery where required

This Freelance Project Manager will need:

• Strong experience within events and/or experiential agency environments

• Proven experience delivering live projects end-to-end

• Excellent project management and organisational skills

• Experience managing budgets, suppliers and complex logistics

• Confidence working directly with clients and senior stakeholders

• Strong commercial awareness and exceptional attention to detail

• A calm, proactive and solutions-focused approach

• The ability to hit the ground running within a fast-paced agency environment

• Flexibility to travel to agency, client and event locations across West London and surrounding areas when required

This is a great freelance opportunity for an experienced Project Manager looking to work across exciting live events, activations and experiential projects with a collaborative independent agency.

£300-£450 per day, depending on experience.
