Account Director, London / Hybrid - £55,000-£65,000

We're looking for an experienced Account Director to join a growing experiential and events agency.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an Account Director with strong experiential experience who enjoys building senior client relationships, leading exciting projects and growing accounts. You'll be joining a collaborative team delivering standout events, activations and brand experiences for a varied portfolio of clients.

As Account Director, you'll take ownership of key client relationships and oversee projects from brief through to delivery, working closely with creative, production and client teams to ensure work is delivered on time, on budget and to a high standard.

Responsibilities of this Account Director include:

• Managing key client relationships and acting as a senior point of contact

• Leading experiential, events and brand activation projects from brief to delivery

• Overseeing budgets, timelines and project delivery

• Working closely with creative, production, suppliers and clients

• Presenting proposals, ideas and project updates to clients

• Identifying opportunities to grow existing accounts and support new business

• Supporting and mentoring junior members of the team

To be considered for this Account Director role, you'll need:

• Strong experience within an experiential, events or creative agency

• Proven experience managing client accounts and leading complex projects

• Excellent client relationship and stakeholder management skills

• Strong commercial awareness and experience managing budgets

• Excellent communication, presentation and organisational skills

• A proactive, solutions-focused approach with a genuine passion for experiential
