Freelance Payroll & Pensions Service Manager

Trova is currently searching for a Payroll & Pensions Service Manager to join our Public sector in the South west of the UK.

The role is as follows:

Start Date: ASAP

Duration: 6 months initially

Location: Remote/1 day per week in Gloucester

The Payroll & Pensions Service Manager must have:

• Experience of leading and managing payroll and/or pensions teams in a performance culture to achieve measurable outcomes.
• Experience of using ERP systems to deliver payroll service ( such as SAP) - ERP implementation experience is a bonus
• Strong experience managing/delivering significant budgets and external contracts
• Public Sector is desirable
• Able to undertake budget preparation and reporting
• Proficient with software packages that support job role
• Able to set SLA frameworks and performance targets
