Job Description
Trova is currently searching for a Payroll & Pensions Service Manager to join our Public sector in the South west of the UK.
The role is as follows:
Start Date: ASAP
Duration: 6 months initially
Location: Remote/1 day per week in Gloucester
The Payroll & Pensions Service Manager must have:
- Experience of leading and managing payroll and/or pensions teams in a performance culture to achieve measurable outcomes.
- Experience of using ERP systems to deliver payroll service ( such as SAP) - ERP implementation experience is a bonus
- Strong experience managing/delivering significant budgets and external contracts
- Public Sector is desirable
- Able to undertake budget preparation and reporting
- Proficient with software packages that support job role
- Able to set SLA frameworks and performance targets
