Am Law 100 is seeking a high-performing freelance recruiter (commission based) to place top law talent. You can make lucrative placements with typical earnings in the $60k-$90k+ range per placement, depending on billings and client demand.

You will source, screen, pitch and close Litigation Associates and VC Attorneys from Am Law 100 firms, working independently with hiring managers in competitive markets. A 2+ year recruiting track record and strong communication skills are essential.
