FLT Drivers

Pay Rates: £12.85 / £19.28 / £25.70 per hour (dependent on hours/shift type)

We are currently recruiting FLT Drivers on behalf of one of our well-established clients. This is a fantastic opportunity for dependable and motivated individuals seeking long-term, stable employment within a growing logistics operation.

Main Responsibilities:

• Operate FLT vehicles across a large-scale, palletised warehouse
• Handle and move pallets efficiently
• Work independently in a repetitive yet structured logistics environment

Shift Pattern:

• 3 on / 3 off rotation
• Day Shift: 05:15 - 17:15
• Night Shift: 17:15 - 05:15
• Alternating weekly hours:
  • Week A: 36 hours
  • Week B: 48 hours

• Valid FLT license and experience (Counterbalance and/or Reach preferred)
• Ability to work well as part of a team and independently

• Comfortable working in a high-volume, fast-paced logistics environment
